German tech and house tastemakers Piemont are back with another of their high impact EPs. Entitled Swung Blind and coming on their new Moonless Air label, it features two top tracks.

This pair have long been turning out underground hits on labels like My Best Friend and Plumbum and so they really know how to construct a killer groove.

On the first cut here Icy Earth we find the pair in slinky house mood. They create some magic synths that twinkle brightly above a drum line that feels fun and uplifting. It's a fat track that will get the floor marching. Swung Blind is next and is a more heads down and deep tune with vocal chants stitched into the groove. Guitar riffs and shuffling percussion flesh it out and the whole thing is sure to make for some steamy nights.

A great first release on what is sure to be an in-demand label of high quality.
